We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

SoCOWgirl Boutique OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS.

Items can be returned within 7 days after they have been delievered. Items must be in perfect condition within 7 days to receive an exchange or store credit. Our jewerly, bikinis, bodysuits, gift cards, sale/discounted items, and active wear are final sale.

Please contact us reguarding any returns/exchanges and we will be more than happy to help. If you recieve a defective item please contact us within 3 days of recieving the item. We would also be more then willing to answer any questions reguarding sizing or the return process.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process. Please pack and seal returned items in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. SoCOWgirl does not provide shipping labels for returns. We are not responsible for shipping costs when returning. Shoes must be returned in their box. A restocking fee of $10 will be applied if returned without the original box.

Returnable condition: Items without signs of being been worn, washed, or used in any way with tags still on. If the product comes back with signs of use there will be no refund.
